Driver critically injured in wreck with big rig

The semi was pulling out of a driveway on McCarty and Mesa when a pickup truck slammed into the trailer. The small truck became lodged under the trailer and it took emergency crews nearly an hour to cut the driver out.

He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
