Donovan Lunford is charged with two counts of indecency with a child. Authorities say between August 2008 and October 2008 the foster father repeatedly touched the boy inappropriately and sexually assaulted him at a northeast Harris County home.
Lundford is a 29-year-old black male. He is 5'8" tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and has been known to wear glasses. His last known address is near the 300 block of Normandy. He is still believed to be in the Houston area.
