Rescuers had to use the Jaws of Life to extract the passenger in the Camaro. He is now in serious condition.
The driver of the Camaro was arrested and later reportedly told police he was under the influence of drugs.

HOUSTON Investigators say two men were speeding down Ella when their Camaro slammed into the back end of another car near Clearvalley. The female driver of that car was taken to Ben Taub Hospital in stable condition.
