It's not clear who would be Spears' conservator. Spears' parents appeared in a Los Angeles court earlier today for a hearing, a day after their daughter was taken to a psychiatric hospital.
Commissioner Reva Goetz says Spears would be under conservatorship until Monday, when another hearing will be held.
The ruling gives the conservator power to "restrict visitors," have around-the-clock security for Spears, and have access to all medical records.
The conservator also has the ability to "take all actions to secure" Spears' liquid assets, including credit cards.
