Johnson's attorney says she passed a polygraph test with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office. The office closed the case without filing any charges.
Principal under investigation fired
HOUSTON (KTRK) Principal Kimberly Johnson was removed from her position at Ryan Middle School last October, when school leaders learned she took one of her students home for the weekend. Johnson first said she brought the student home to be with her son. Turns out, she does not have a son.
