HOUSTON WEATHER:Sunday rain chance rises ahead of rare July cool front

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Good morning, thunderstorms are possible later today.
More moisture is expected to stream in bringing rain chances up to 30%. The best chance of rain will be in the afternoon hours, but a couple of isolated showers in the morning cannot be ruled out.

A few changes are coming as we head into the work week. A weak cool front is expected to move towards the area on Tuesday. This will bring us a chance of scattered showers and storms and slightly cooler temperatures with highs in the 80s.

Drier air should move in behind the front lowering rain chances Wednesday and Thursday.
Have a great day!
