PHOTOS: Dazzling clouds wow Texans as storms move out

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- As Friday's severe weather moved out of the Houston area, it left in its wake a series of stunning clouds painted with vivid colors against the setting sun.

According to Chief Meteorologist Tim Heller, the spaceship-shaped formations are lenticular clouds, a variety not often seen in southeast Texas.
