Deputies: Man leads chase in stolen U-Haul

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man sits in jail after Harris County deputies say he led them on a chase in a stolen U-Haul.

He eventually crashed into a fire hydrant on Northgate Forest late last night, ran into the woods, and then tried to get into someone's back door.

Authorities arrived and found him on the neighbor's garage roof. He gave up and was arrested.
