SAN ANTONIO, Texas (KTRK) -- TX-DOT admits they made mistakes in regards to a bridge in San Antonio.
The decorative arches of the concrete wall are slanted, out of line or too close. By the time crews noticed the error, it was too late.
TX-DOT created a blog about the bridge, explaining what happened. They say Styrofoam cutouts shifted during drying. Crews will have to redo the project.
