HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Many commuters have been driving toll-free around the greater Houston area since Harvey threatened, but those roads are beginning to return to normal. The following details which roads are resuming toll charges.
Harris County Toll Road Authority
HCTRA resumes tolling Tuesday at 4AM, except on BW8 West NB/SB btw 290 & 59 (work still ongoing on SB lanes & feeder, even though the lanes have reopened)
Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority
Tolls resume Monday:
Fort Bend Pkwy: Beltway - Sienna Pkwy
SH-99: Westpark - US-59
Tolls Resume Wednesday:
Westpark Tollway: Fort Bend Co. line - SH-99

TxDOT will resume the collection of tolls on The Grand Parkway on Thursday, Sept. 14 at 4 a.m. This includes the segments between I-10 West to U.S. 59 North and the Grand Parkway segment extending south of I-10 East to Fisher Road in Chambers County.
HCTRA suspended tolling on all of its roadways on Aug. 27 as Harvey ravaged southeast Texas.
