SPRING, TX (KTRK) -- Dozens of people were forced to duck and dodge bullets when someone started shooting near a packed nightclub.
It happened right across the street from the Boss Nightclub and Sports Bar off F.M. 1960 near T.C. Jester in northwest Harris County.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office says two groups of men got into a shootout in the parking across from the club. Deputies say between 30 to 40 shots were fired.
Six people near the club were shot. The victims have varying degrees of injures. But one person was airlifted to the hospital.
The bullets also shattered the windows of nearby businesses and cars.
At last check the shooters remain on the run.
