I-45 and I-69 exit ramps closed for crews to install transmission lines, CenterPoint says
The closures are from Wednesday, Aug. 26, through Saturday, Aug. 29.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- CenterPoint Energy is warning of two ramp closures along I-45 and I-69 happening through Saturday.
The company said the closures include the I-45 northbound exit ramp to I-69 northbound and the I-69 southbound exit ramp to I-45 southbound.
The ramps closed on Wednesday, Aug. 26, at 10 p.m. and will reopen Saturday, Aug. 29, at 5 a.m.

CenterPoint said the closures are needed for crews to install an overhead transmission line that runs parallel to Bell Street.
Drivers are encouraged to take alternate routes while work on the ramps continues.
