9-year-old cancer patient becomes Astros player for a day

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A great gesture from the Houston Astros and the Make a Wish Foundation made a Houston 9-year-old's dream come true.

Cameron Gooch became an honorary Astro for the day with a real major league experience.

Cameron is a cancer patient at Texas Children's Hospital, but his passion for the Astros keeps him smiling.

He says he doesn't have a favorite player because he loves them all and he can recite most of their stats.
