Segment 3 - Details on a city program that could put thousands of Houston teens to work this summer. The city's "Hire Houston Youth" program has set a goal of providing 5,000 jobs for local youth this summer. Guest is Juliet Stipeche, the City of Houston's Director of Education. She talks about the kinds of jobs that will be available and what students need to do to apply. Stipeche also urges more Houston companies to step up to provide summer jobs for Houston youth.
