Many local schools will be used as a polling place.

With less than a week away from Election Day, many school districts across the area are preparing for the big crowds.



Many schools will be used as a polling place.



Take a look at local school districts' election procedure on November 8:



HOUSTON ISD: Normal school day for students and staff. Across the district, 120 schools will be used as a polling location.



CLEAR CREEK ISD: No classes for students. Teachers and staff will still be required to work. District says 15 campuses will be used as polling places.



SPRING ISD: No classes will be held. District says 20 campuses have been designated as polling sites.



KLEIN ISD: No classes for students. Staff will participate in a development day. District says 22 schools are being used as a polling location.
