Boy catches Santa Claus delivering presents on video
Seeing how Santa has so many presents to deliver on Christmas Eve to children around the world, catching him in the act seems nearly impossible. But one young boy set up a camera and was able to get footage of Jolly St. Nick delivering presents in the flesh.
YouTube user Dean Fisher uploaded the above video of Ethan, a 7-year-old boy who had set up a camera in his home on Christmas Eve hoping to capture Santa Claus delivering presents. When Ethan reviewed the footage the next day, he was delighted to see Santa appear and walk throughout his home.
Santa spends a few moments investigating Ethan's house until he snaps his fingers and all of Ethan's presents magically appear. Santa then notices that he's being recorded, and then uses his magic to cut off the video.
"Sometimes he knows that the camera's there," Ethan says excitedly. "I swear, I can hear stuff when I sleep, but I did not hear that," Ethan explained in the video as to why he didn't hear Santa walking through his home.
Santa Claus is notorious for quietly leaving presents without children waking, so video footage of Mr. Kringle is extremely rare.
