His sister, Guadalupe Flores, said her little brother would want a message of love to resonate in the neighborhood.

Everyone wants an end to the violent crime.

"I'm trying to put that message across. It's about love. My brother wanted everybody to be together, to come together. I know he would want everybody to come together as one to find whoever did this," said Flores. "It's not about race. It's not about color. It's not about anything. We're all brothers and sisters in Christ, no matter the color. No matter what you've done in your life, it's all about love."
