Woman hospitalized after being hit by driver in Pasadena, police say

PASADENA, Texas (KTRK) -- A woman is in the hospital after being involved in a hit-and-run in Pasadena on Tuesday, according to police.

Pasadena Police Department officers confirm the woman, whom they describe as elderly, was hit near Red Bluff and Burke at about 5:25 a.m.

Officials said she was flown to the hospital, though her condition or the extent of her injuries is unknown.

Pasadena PD said the driver who hit the woman did not stop, adding that they have no suspect vehicle information at this time.
