CLOSE CALL: Plane inches away from hitting women's vehicle after crashing into fence

WASHINGTON D.C. (KTRK) -- Video out of Washington shows an airplane crashing through a fence, and coming inches away from hitting a woman's car.

Investigators say the pilot was trying to land, but overshot the runway.

Three people were on the plane, including a child. No one was injured.
