"We actually still get a lot of applications and a lot of people coming to work," said Francisco Corona, manager at Cyclone Anaya's.
The downtown location has been training new employees for the past month.
Aztec Events has also been hiring for the Super Bowl and the man power to put up displays, tents and other fixtures across the city.
"We're extremely busy," Chelsea Monroe said. "Basically we're doing a month worth of rentals in a weeks time span."
