Cyclist hits METRO train near NRG Stadium

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A cyclist was involved in a collision with a METRO train near NRG Stadium, authorities say.



The accident occurred on the 8000 block of Fannin Street on Sunday evening. METRO says the cyclist was turning off of the service road when he collided with the moving train.



The cyclist is being taken to a Ben Taub hospital. His condition is unknown.
