Man shot and killed in southwest Houston apartment complex

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Police are investigating a deadly shooting in southwest Houston Sunday morning.

The Houston Police Department responded to reports of a robbery in the 7000 block of Creekbend Drive near Fondren around 2:00 a.m.

According to reports, a male was found dead inside of an apartment building with a gunshot wound to the head.

Investigators are searching for the person responsible for the shooting.
