Man riding motorized shopping scooter leads police on chase at Walmart

SUMMERVILLE, South Carolina (KTRK) -- A man led authorities on what is being called one of the slowest police chases ever.

The video taken outside of a Walmart shows when police pull a man over in a motorized shopping cart.

In the video, the man appears to be using his feet to push his getaway along while officers cruise behind him.

Once the man came to a stop, police were able to return the cart.

An officer says Walmart will not be pressing charges on the incident.
