Police say the motorcycle driver actually pushed her side mirror in to get her attention. Soon after, police say, the situation got out of control, and the SUV hit the motorcyclist, and the victim hit a hydrant. He died at the scene.

Police say the SUV driver stopped at the scene and was questioned all morning. At this time, police say no charges will be filed, but that could change.
