HOUSTON (KTRK) -- As the Houston Rockets' regular season bounces to an end, resting is the last thing on the mind of superstar James Harden.
In a trend that has continued across the NBA, coaches have sidelined their star players down the final stretch of the season.
Earlier this month, the Golden State Warriors rested Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala in their match-up against the San Antonio Spurs.
The idea of sitting out games this season is not an option for Harden.
"I just wanna hoop, that's all," he said. "I'll rest when I'm done."
Harden said he loves playing basketball.
"I enjoy the grind, I enjoy how hard (basketball) is," Harden added. "I think that's what makes it tough and makes you who you are."
