BRAZORIA, Texas (KTRK) -- After a slow start in October, flu season in the United States is gaining speed -- particularly in the South.
In Brazoria County, nearly 450 cases have been reported from Oct. 1 to Dec. 1 of this year.
That number is up from just 45 cases during the same time in 2016.
