HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A former Harris County reserve deputy has been found guilty in road rage shooting case in 2014. The punishment phase is now underway. Kenneth Caplan could face between two to 20 years in prison.
Caplan had a history of anger issues that raised serious questions about why he was even allowed to be in law enforcement in the first place.
