Mom walks across graduation stage holding infant baby

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A baby was right by his mother's side as she graduated from Lamar University this weekend.

At only 10-weeks-old Marshal Allen Michna and his mom dressed in their matching cap and gown and walked across the stage.

His mom earned her masters degree in special education with a concentration in autism.

Marshal was born days after his mother's last day of class.
