McDonald's to bring back Szechuan sauce due to popular demand

If you're not among the few who scored some of McDonald's rare Szechuan sauce, you may be in luck.

The fast-food chain offered the sauce for one day only on Saturday -- for the first time since 1998.

The promotion is aimed at attracting fans of the animated show "Rick and Morty," which recently made the sauce famous with younger generations.

The sauce was so popular, most fans couldn't get their hands on it.

On Sunday, McDonalds tweeted a message saying it will bring back the popular sauce in the winter.
