HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Houston police are searching for a suspect accused of fatally shooting a man outside of a northeast Houston tire shop on Sunday evening.
The shooting happened shortly after 5 p.m. in the 4900 block of Lockwood near Pardee Street.
According to detectives, a driver in a pickup truck and another in an SUV were involved in a disturbance near the area.
The driver of the pickup truck then pulled into a nearby tire shop, where the other driver in the SUV followed, shot him, and fled the scene.
Detectives say the victim, who died on the scene, was a man in his 50s.
According to detectives, officers found the suspect's vehicle a few blocks from the scene.
Officials did not elaborate on a suspect description.
