HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Newborns across the Memorial Hermann Health System are being dressed up in green costumes to celebrate their Leap Day births.

Each "leapling" born on Leap Day received a frog hat or a hooded bath towel decorated with a frog, which is the unofficial symbol of Leap Year. These babies won't officially turn one until this day in 2020.
