1 dead, 1 injured in shooting at apartment complex on Beechnut, HPD says

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A double shooting that left one man dead in southwest Houston is under investigation, police said.

It happened Thursday night at the Bissonnet Crossing Apartments in the 10600 block of Beechnut near Wilcrest.

The other man was taken to a hospital, but his condition was not released.

Police did not disclose a possible suspect or motive.
