FM 1960 near Farrell reopens after deadly head-on crash

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- FM 1960 has reopened after a deadly crash that shut down the area in both directions early Thursday morning.

Authorities confirm a person has died as a result of that head-on wreck, after a violent collision between a Silvarado and a Suburban.

All lanes were blocked off as investigators try to reconstruct exactly what happened.

Initial images coming in from our Eyewitness News crew shows two badly damaged vehicles at the scene.
