Man charged with taking photo of child in Plato's Closet dressing room

KATY, TX (KTRK) -- A 24-year-old man was arrested Saturday at the Plato's Closet in west Harris County for allegedly photographing a child in the dressing room.

Harris County deputies say Eric Giovani Harris was caught trying to photograph a 12-year-old child at the clothing store, located in the 500 block of South Mason Road.

The female child, while in the dressing room stall, noticed a cell phone being held underneath the stall.

She reported the incident.

Harris is charged with a felony of improper photography in a bathroom or changing room.
