ATLANTIC CITY, NJ -- A woman is facing charges after being caught on video striking multiple parked vehicles outside an Atlantic City casino.
Joanna Kostas, 39, of Mays Landing, New Jersey, is being charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and unlawful taking of means of conveyance.
At 3:05am Friday, police responded to the Tropicana Hotel and Casino valet area for a report of a vehicle striking multiple parked vehicles.
Upon arrival, police say Kostas had already been detained by hotel security officers.
Police said Kostas entered an unoccupied vehicle waiting in a valet lane to be parked with the keys in the ignition. While attempting to leave, she struck four parked, unoccupied vehicles.
Kostas was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for non life-threatening injuries.
