Pasadena ISD officer arrested for assaulting family member

PEARLAND, Texas (KTRK) -- A Pasadena ISD police officer is accused of assaulting a family member.

Arnold Magana was arrested by Pearland Police at his home Friday night.

According to the police report, Magana is a sergeant with Pasadena ISD police.

The district released a statement saying "any action taken in regards to this incident will be in accordance with Pasadena ISD board policy."
