Driver slams into restaurant full of patrons in southeast Houston

A driver who apparently was trying to park, ends up ramming into a restaurant

A driver slammed into a restaurant full of patrons in southeast Houston Wednesday night.

It happened at the restaurant on the 10,000 block of Fuqua and Sabo. The collision created a big hole.

According to an employee, a customer who intended to park ended up hitting the accelerator, and rammed straight into the restaurant full of patrons. Fortunately, there were no injuries.

The restaurant owner says there is a lot of damage to the business and isn't sure when they will reopen. There is no word if the driver will face any injuries.
