According to Friendswood police, Michael Wayne McIntosh, 62, is charged with three counts of sexual assault of a child. Friendswood and Webster police officers had three arrest warrants for McIntosh and a search warrant for his home.
The investigation was coordinated with the Galveston County District Attorney's Office and the Advocacy Center for Children of Galveston County.
McIntosh's bond is set at $120,000.
