Deputies were called to the parking lot of the Home Depot along the North freeway near West Road.
Authorities found a car doing donuts in the parking lot and tried to make it stop. The driver took off, leading deputies on a chase but then returned to the original scene. Four juveniles were in the car but three were allowed to go home with their parents.
The driver was detained for evading arrest.
