Katherine Gricar worked at Spring elementary school when she allegedly had an improper relationship with a 17-year old girl.
Police say Gricar befriended the teen's mother and moved into the family's home to help tutor the girl.
Gricar is charged with improper relationship with a student.
If convicted, she faces 2 to 20 years in prison.
