Police say it happened on Tierwester at Drew after two women got into an argument and family members tried to break it up. Police say as one of the women tried to leave, she drove up on the sidewalk and hit someone along with two cars.
Authorities say the woman then tried to steal a wrecker, but the wrecker driver pulled her out of his truck.
The woman was taken into custody at the scene.
