PORT ARTHUR, TX --
Two men have been found slain in a Southeast Texas neighborhood and police have questioned a possible witness. Officers found one man dead outside the car. Another body was in the vehicle.
Authorities have identified the victims as 24-year-old Demario Polk and 23-year-old Carlos Deshawn Lowe, both of Port Arthur.
N obody has been arrested. Further details weren't immediately released.
