Twenty-five-year-old Julio Torres and his friends were fishing off the Texas City Dike yesterday morning when a wave washed them into the bay. Torres was the only one who didn't make it back to shore.
A search team of boats and a Coast Guard helicopter were sent out to look for Torres, but there was no sign of him.
