The vendor was caught sitting down on a toilet, with the snow cones sitting right next to him on the floor.
The Astros president of business operations released a statement:

"This isolated incident was a clear violation of our food safety practices and is not reflective of our standards. The Astros share ARAMARK's view on the importance of food safety and will work with them to ensure that our fans have a safe and outstanding experience at Minute Maid Park."
The worker has since been fired.
