Tommy Forgue of the arris county precinct 5 constable's office is charged with official oppression by sexual harassment.
A 23-year old woman accused him of making sexual advances and threatening her to arrest her.
The alleged incident happened when the woman asked forgue for help finding her family after they got separated.
