The chase started early this morning on Jensen and ended 15 minutes later on Antoine.
Police say an officer started following the car after it made a suspicious U-turn. The man was arrested after the spike strips flattened his tires. Police say he tossed a bag out the window during the chase.
Officers recovered the bag and are investigating the contents.
