Todd and Ula Nelkins have already had two failed in-vitro fertilization attempts. They're now selling a rare double-autographed Walter Payton and Barry Sanders football card. The Nelkins hope to make enough to try in vitro one more time.
"We're hoping to get $20,000," Todd told Eyewitness News last week.
Since our report last week, NFL Hall of Famer Barry Sanders has shown his support by throwing in an autographed helmet to the winner of the auction.
If they raise the needed money, the Nelkins realize there's still no guarantee that the in vitro fertilization will work.
We'll let you know for how much it sells.
