A small fire caused part of a high-rise to be evacuated. Firefighters were called to the building on Louisiana at McKinney. They found fire and smoke in an elevator shaft around the 32nd floor.
People in the building were evacuated. Three got trapped in an elevator, but they were eventually rescued.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
