Texas A&M campus reopens after bomb threat; some buildings remain closed

COLLEGE STATION, TX

The website says the bomb threat was issued at 11:34am Friday for the campus in general and urged all people on campus to exit by foot immediately. Officials are advising that no one use a vehicle at this time.

A&M spokesperson Lane Stephenson says the evacuation order was issued as a precaution.

Classes are cancelled for the day.
