SkyEye 13 HD was over the scene at 288 near the Beltway where the pursuit ended. Deputies say it started when they were called to an apartment complex in the northwest part of the county for a disturbance call. That's when they say the man took off and was waiving a knife around.
During the chase, he hit a curb on 288 and crashed, then tried to run off towards the main lanes of the highway.
He was arrested a few minutes later.
